Recruiting and training an intern for your organisation takes time – that’s where Generation STEM Links can help. We help you to find the right candidate for your business needs and work with educational institutions across NSW to attract quality students to available opportunities.

By participating in the program, you’ll meet high-potential students who demonstrate a keen interest in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM). Students can bring new insights to your business, contribute to your business growth and provide support with short-term projects. We work with you to develop and refine your project ideas into a valuable internship for you and the student.

Requirements:

• Internship involves a STEM project or activities for a minimum of 200 hours

• Student intern is paid at least $25 per hour

• Registered business or organisation who:

– Is located within NSW or has an office in NSW.

– Has a minimum of five employees.

– Has a STEM skilled employee who can provide mentorship to the student intern.

– Has been operating for more than 3 years.
